    • • Lots of amenities close-by such as Save-on-foods, London drugs, Kwantlen College, Pool Rec Centres, Skating Rink, etc. Transit bus routes a short walk away, quick access to the freeway & other major routes, and a 15 min. drive to the beach in White Rock.





    • • We are looking for a stable, clean, quiet professional tenant(s), easy to get along with, preferably long-term. No smoking, No Parties, No Drugs, and No pets of any kind. Suite has long concrete patio and covered area, so barbeques are ok. There is no tenant use of the back yard and no access to the backyard.
